GREAT CABIN ACCOMMODATION, PET FRIENDLY (see pet regulations), NEW BBQ AREAS AND A SALT WATER IN GROUND POOL.

We are located at 231 Awoonga Dam Road at Benaraby, just 4 minutes from the boat ramp at Lake Awoonga, 20 KLMS from the city of Gladstone and 12 KLMS from Boyne Island & Tannum Sands

Our cabin accommodation is fully self contained and air conditioned and supplied the same as any four star accommodation, bed linen, latex pillows, pure wool doonas (beds made), coffee tea sugar, shampoo conditioner body wash and dish washing liquid tea towels etc, bath towels supplied on request.TV Radio and alarm clock, The Deluxe cabins also have a fully equipped laundry, while a coin operated communal laundry facility is available for our other guests .

We have a disabled cabin with all requirements for persons with any disability. Just call and discuss your requirements or special needs.

Drive through parking for cars and boats at most cabins, should there be additional cars and boats we have ample parking area within site of  each unit.

There is a pool for relaxation, and The BBQ areas for guest use are now complete .Just a quick chat to Mark or Lynn will ensure these areas are ready for your use

  

For our long term southern guests who want a home base for winter we do negotiate a special price not advertised in our usual tariff.

  

  

Finally in Feb the magic meter plus 1.11. This was the christening of the new boat (D.G.B.) ( dam good boat)

Sleeping Availability

Our units sleep from 1 to 5 persons per cabin , depending on which is available at time of booking.The best way to ensure you get the unit of choice is to make a quick phone call. We are constantly having to let people know that what may have been available when they email in the morning is no longer available when they ring in the afternoon.

Cancellation Policy:

The entire booking must be paid on check in.

A fee of one night of booking will be charged for all cancellations.

NO refunds will be given for changes in length of stay.
